Jiangsu Bolunbao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a newly-built key non-governmental enterprise, was established in August, 2006. It invested about RMB200 Million in its first phase of development. The main products of our company are bulk carriers, containers, tank vessels and marine engineering ships with the carrying capacity between 10000T - 38,000 T.　
　Jiangsu Bolunbao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is located by the Yangzhong Second Bridge, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Provice where it is 180 km away from Changjiang River’s entrance to the sea, 3 km away to the west is the suburb of Changzhou City, and adjacent to its east is the main waterway of Changjiang River. The company currently covers an area of 150,000 m2 and a bank line of 800 m along Changjiang River.
　In accordance with its overall plan, it has been designed as a modern & intensive shipyard.The company has a 60×180m building berth for ships up to 38,000T, which is equipped with a gantry crane of 200T; and it is an exceptional longspan berth in domestic shipyards. And there is a 55×150m building berth for ships up to 15,000T equipped with a gantry crane of 200T; and our company will build a gantry crane of 300T. The company has a 13,000 m2 fabricated hull section where there are six traveling cranes of 10T, three traveling cranes of 20T as well as one hydraulic pressure truck of 100T, and a 200m-long outfitting quay with a gantry crane of 16T. Its processing workshop covers an area of 20,000 m2 in which there is a pre-processing line with a capacity of 40,000T for steel material; one NC flame cutting machine, one NC plasma cutting machine; one oil press of 500T, one 16*2500 plate-cutting machine, one 12m milling cutter, one three-roll bending machine, one 300T flanging machine and twelve various bridge cranes and gantry cranes ranging from 5T to 20T; also there have been equipped other machinery equipments .And a workshop for sectional spray painting process. The company also has a comprehensive office building, employees’ living & accommodation facilities.
　The company has over 300 employees(not conclude workers), among whom about 100 are production managers, over 60 are technical persons including senior engineers、engineers、senior economists、economists and accountant. The company has successively introduced a number of experienced shipbuilding experts from varies of big Shipyards. Moreover, it has also attached a great importance in cultivating young people, and recruited many students with various shipbuilding majors from vocational schools, colleges and universities.
